What is Vegas Creator Day?
Vegas Creator Day is a collaborative content creation and networking event that brings together photographers, videographers, performers, models, cosplayers, entertainers, and content creators for a fun and productive shoot day.
This is not a convention or trade show. Think of it as a creator playground where talented people can connect, create content, and build future collaborations.
Who will attend?
Our event welcomes:
• Photographers
• Videographers
• Burlesque performers
• Models
• Pole/lollipop performers
• Cosplayers
• Entertainers
• Content creators
• Industry professionals
How much does it cost for photographers and videographers?
Accepted photographers and videographers attend FREE.
Space is limited, so all creators must complete the interest form prior to the event.
What can I shoot?
Photographers and videographers may photograph:
• Stage performances
• Behind-the-scenes content
• Models and performers who consent
• Collaborative content sessions
• Networking and event coverage
Always obtain permission before photographing or filming
individuals in private shoot sessions.
Are models provided?
Talent will be attending the event, but photographers are responsible for creating their own collaborations.
We encourage networking and introductions throughout the day.
Some performers may be interested in TFP collaborations while others may be seeking paid sessions.
Is full nudity allowed?
Absolutely not. We strictly follow venue policy. Pasties and G string are required.
Is this a TFP event?
Not necessarily.
Vegas Creator Day supports:
• TFP collaborations
• Paid mini sessions
• Future bookings
• Networking opportunities
Each creator establishes their own rates, deliverables, turnaround times, and agreements.
Do I need model releases?
Photographers and videographers are responsible for obtaining any releases they require.
Event registration includes a general media waiver for attendees, but creators should use their own releases if needed for commercial use, publication, or portfolio protection.
Will there be stage performances?
Yes.
A scheduled content stage will be available throughout the event.
Performers may reserve time slots to film and photograph routines, character performances, cosplay content, and promotional videos.
Can I bring lighting?
Yes.
Portable lighting equipment is welcome.
Please note power access may be limited and must be approved in advance.
Can I promote my business?
Absolutely.
Bring business cards, QR codes, social media information, and promotional materials.

Does participation guarantee clients or content?
No.Vegas Creator Day provides opportunities, not guarantees.
