And I built it in real time—not in theory.
I’m not teaching this from the sidelines.
I’ve lived it.
I’ve performed.
I’ve competed.
I’ve trained.
I’ve built acts.
I’ve produced shows.
I’ve coached women through transformation.
And I’ve created spaces for women to learn how to take up space in their own bodies without apology.
I’m the creator of Rocklesque Fitness, a movement method built at the intersection of strength, sensuality, performance, and confidence.
I’ve curated and produced live burlesque and variety shows.
I’ve built classes, stage pathways, and performance opportunities for women learning how to become visible again.
I teach from lived experience—not fantasy.
Not from the perspective of someone who started at 22 and stayed there.
From the perspective of a woman who began later, built power anyway, and knows exactly how to help other women do the same.
That is why this work matters to me.
Because I know what it costs to believe you are too late.
And I know what becomes possible when you stop believing that.
